We’ve streamlined our process to be clear, secure, and respectful of your time and privacy. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Simple Application
Step ONE
Begin your journey by dropping us an email including your personal information and photos.
We also ask for your interest in sports and modelling for market research.
This helps us understand if you’re a good fit for current and future projects.
2. Review & Selection
Step TWO
Our team will carefully review your application.
If your profile aligns with an upcoming project, we will contact you for more detail and provide specific guidelines.
We ensure a fair and transparent selection process for all applicants.
3. Try-on and Feedback
Step THREE
We’ll ship the products directly to your home (with all delivery fees covered). Once you receive them, you’ll have 14 days to film your try-on and feedback videos and send them back to us.
We emphasize that all images are for sizing, fitting, and research purposes only. They are never for public display without your explicit, separate consent, and are viewed only by our all-female research team. Your privacy is our utmost priority.
4. Compensation & Impact

You will be compensated fairly for your valuable contribution, with transparent terms provided upfront.
Your participation directly helps brands create better-fitting, more inclusive products for women everywhere.
You’ll gain insights into how your feedback makes a real-world impact.
5. Repeat
Steps FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, and Beyond
Upon successful completion of your initial paid project, your profile can be stored in our database. This means that for all future projects seeking similar body types or sport experiences, we will proactively reach out to you, eliminating the need for repeated applications.
The average number of times a model participate in our projects is 3 (and counting!). It means you can expect this to be a recurring job!
Additionally, we offer numerous opportunities for those interested in becoming a KOL promoter.

Part-time product testing candidate (Women sportswear)
Target: Actively looking for all body types!
Description: We will send you a bag of clothes from our client with a score sheet attached. You will be asked to try them on in front of the camera and give us verbal feedback in the video according to the instructions.
It takes around 15 minutes to finish.

- The photos must be newly taken at home. It is to make sure you have a personal space to film try-on videos and feedback in the future
- You must use back camera
- Makeup, clean background (e.g. a perfect white wall), perfect physique (e.g. no water retention) is NOT required
- Videos of you turning around are also acceptable
- Share the photos / videos via Google Drive (set to anyone with the link)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a modelling job?
No. All photos and videos are solely for internal purpose. Only our team will have access to any information you shared with us. Any external use will violate the confidentiality agreement we are going to sign after you are onboard.
Meanwhile, you are also not allowed to use this experience for your portfolio or showcase the clothes externally as some of the products are not yet launched into the market.
Am I suitable for this? I am not fit and I don’t have any prior modelling experience.
Yes! We are actively and purposely looking for all body types for a well rounded market research. Also as mentioned, this is not a modelling job so there is no need to edit or rehearse for the video.
Who will see my photos? And will they be shared?
Your photos will only be seen by our authorized, all-female Albright team members who are directly involved in the market research project you consented to. We do not share raw images or identifiable information with third-party brands or clients. Only aggregated, anonymized data and insights derived from the research are shared externally, rigorously protecting your privacy and anonymity. Your images are never shared publicly without your explicit, separate, written consent.
How exactly are my photos used?
Your photos are used strictly for the stated market research purpose, which includes evaluating product fit, movement, and design on real bodies of diverse shapes and sizes. This invaluable feedback helps brands create better-fitting, more comfortable, and inclusive products. For instance, we analyze how a sports bra fits different bust sizes or how leggings perform during various athletic movements. The images directly inform product improvements, not marketing campaigns unless you specifically opt-in for that.
How long are my photos stored, and how are they protected?
Images are stored on secure, encrypted servers for the duration of the specific market research project, typically not exceeding 3 months, depending on project scope. After this period, they are securely and permanently deleted from all our servers. We employ industry-leading encryption and strict internal access controls to ensure your sensitive data is protected at all times. Our data security practices are outlined in detail in our Privacy Policy.
Can I request my photos be deleted at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your photos and associated personal data at any time, even if a project is ongoing. Simply contact us, and we will process your request promptly, in accordance with global data protection regulations like GDPR.
Why is there a 14-day window to film the try-on and feedback videos?
We provide a 14-day window because we understand and respect the natural cycles of women’s bodies, including menstruation. Aligned with our company motto “for women, by women”, we aim to offer ample time and flexibility, ensuring you don’t feel rushed and can complete the videos when you’re most comfortable.
